1) Take it down for a preiod of time long enough so the little piss ants get bored and find somewhere else to play.
2) Bring the board back after a while and require logon ids. The only way the user would be able to get a password would be to provide a valid email addy. If that person logs on and posts a bunch of troublesome shit, they get bounced and their email provider gets emailed letting them know one of their users is doing stupid shit. A lot of time ISPs will drop users who engage in that sort of activity if the activity can be documented.
