Please do "Chance". Its such a wonderful song on a lot of levels. I didn't notice a mention of what kind of class, but here's how I think it can work:
History- the story of Sempo Sugihara is a powerful one and there's books on it for research.
English- the lyrics are great poetry and, to the delight of many English majors: SYMBOLISM!
Music- I don't know much about this area, but it seems to me that it covers a wide range of styles and musical landscapes.
Teaching- Um...well, using music to reach the masses...
Art- Try creating to that song, the results can be interesting.
I've run out of ideas. Anyway, I think you should use Chance and if you need any ideas on presentation, let me know, I'm a former English/Art/Theatre major.
