I spoke to the Hard Rock a few weeks ago, and they informed me that the display would change. Apparently, there was a section of the Cafe that was being re-done, and once completed, the Savatage/Criss Oliva display would be moved to the new section.
I'm not sure if it's all been done as of yet, but I have been assured that it will be completed by the time the Celebration takes place in March.
