I thought the same thing, that it might be Dawn Oliva, but I saw a picture of Dawn with Criss, and I don't think it was the same person (I could be wrong though.) My second guess was that it was Michelle Middleton. Or maybe it was just some actress they hired. But I thougt it was probably a band members wife or girlfriend since she was in two of the videos.
